Delegated Examining Staffing Specialist

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive staffing and recruitment advisory services, the full-time remote Sr. Federal Staffing & Recruiting Specialist will support the Executive Office for United States Attorneys by conducting job analyses, developing assessment tools, and performing delegated examining activities for federal positions.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with managerial personnel to develop recruitment strategies based on internal and external hiring authorities
• Conduct job analyses and develop specialized experience statements and assessment tools
• Screen and rate applicants while issuing certificates of eligibles to management officials

Required qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of Federal Government staffing experience
• Current Delegated Examining (DE) certification issued by the Office of Personnel Management
• Experience posting vacancy announcements utilizing USA Staffing
• Familiarity with USA Hire and other second hurdle assessment options
