Delegation Oversight Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Delegation Oversight (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts pre and post-delegation assessments and annual credentialing audits to ensure compliance
• Monitors delegated activities and prepares status reports to ensure adherence to compliance requirements
• Develops corrective action plans for compliance issues and assists in preparing documentation for oversight committees

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of managed care experience or equivalent education and experience
• Experience in data analysis
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience in project management and knowledge of related tools/processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
