Deliverability Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deliverability Consultant to guide clients in achieving email sending success through data interpretation and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate for clients and assist with onboarding and program implementation
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and manage project timelines
• Develop best practices and stay informed on industry trends impacting clients

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a deliverability-related role
• Familiarity with MTA service providers (e.g., Mailgun, SendGrid)
• Understanding of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI)
• Experience with client onboarding and ramp plans
• Proficiency in G Suite tools (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides)
