Deliverability Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deliverability and Compliance Specialist (Contractor) for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing quick and high-quality support for all deliverability support tickets and escalations
• Monitoring all accounts to ensure compliance and providing support to customers when needed
• Educating team members on key deliverability concepts and performing deliverability audits for high-value accounts

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer support experience
• 1+ years of deliverability support experience
• Experience with email deliverability landscape and authentication protocols
• Understanding of spam traps, list health, sender reputation, and email compliance
• Able to work in US time zones and have enthusiasm for the company's mission and values
