Delivery Architect

Job Summary

Owning the architectural vision and roadmap for managed customer engagements, the full-time remote Delivery Architect will guide enterprise clients through cloud migrations and service management transformations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Set the architectural vision and roadmap for Centers of Excellence, ensuring continuity across the engagement lifecycle
• Shape the transition from sales to delivery by defining solution intent and necessary skills for successful project kickoff
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, advising on architecture and change management to facilitate successful technology adoption

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or delivery leadership, or 5 years with a Master's degree
• Proven track record of directing complex, multi-workstream engagements and guiding customers through significant technology changes
• Experience delivering enterprise Atlassian solutions with a focus on security, access control, and governance
• Relevant certifications in Enterprise Architecture, ITIL Expert, SAFe, or program/delivery management (PMP, PRINCE2)
• Deep knowledge of Atlassian integrations, cloud architecture, and web technologies
