Delivery Architect Consultant
Job Summary
To support enterprise-grade clients, the full-time Delivery Architect Consultant will design and implement solutions on the Sprinklr platform, guiding technical decisions and ensuring best practices while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through solution design and manage technical implementation decisions
- Support sales efforts by reviewing solution designs, implementation strategies, and refining estimates
- Analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive architectural blueprints
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in architect and consulting roles focused on technology (Digital/SaaS/Enterprise Software)
- Experience with Fortune 500 companies in architecture and technology consulting
- Expert understanding of call center technology stacks and customer experience management systems
- Previous roles in Enterprise Architecture with relevant certifications (e.g., Togaf, IT4IT)
- 10+ years of experience leading large programs and developing outcome-focused roadmaps
