Delivery Consultant

Job Summary

Transforming solution visions into effective systems, the full-time Delivery Consultant will build interfaces, automations, and data models while running customer sessions to ensure alignment between design and real-world application, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run recurring customer sessions to gather insights that inform system design and implementation
• Build and implement interfaces, automations, and data models that translate solutions into functional systems
• QA work against user behavior to ensure systems meet practical needs and expectations

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing delivery or implementation role with accountability for system functionality
• Hands-on technical experience building complex systems, including forms, automations, and integrations
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including C-level sponsors and technical teams
• Experience using AI throughout the delivery process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Ability to quickly master complex platforms, achieving proficiency within 90 days
