Delivery Consultant

Job Summary

To support client engagements on the West Coast, the full-time Delivery Consultant will manage customer sessions, build systems including interfaces and automations, and ensure alignment between designed solutions and real-world applications.

Key responsibilities

• Run recurring customer sessions to gather insights and inform system design
• Build interfaces, automations, data models, and integrations to translate solution visions into functional systems
• QA work against user behavior and create reusable build patterns to maximize impact

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing delivery or implementation role
• Hands-on experience building complex systems with forms, automations, and integrations
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including C-level sponsors and technical teams
• Proven capability to quickly master complex platforms within 90 days
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to drive outcomes
