Delivery Director

Job Summary

Leading portfolio-level initiatives, the full-time remote Delivery Director will manage multiple client engagements, ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction while overseeing Delivery Managers and technical teams across a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the portfolio
• Steer operations to meet established KPIs related to client satisfaction and delivery stability
• Manage concurrent client engagements while ensuring operational efficiency and quality delivery

Required qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with multiple concurrent client engagements
• Proven management experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at the Director/VP/C-level
• Management experience with a proven ability to lead and develop teams
