Delivery Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic project leadership and growth by setting clear goals, establishing performance metrics, and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects
• Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and subject matter experts to understand complex business logic and translate requirements into actionable plans
• Apply technical expertise in backend and frontend programming languages to enhance project success and ensure alignment with best practices

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing software delivery projects
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies, team management, and project management
• Strong technical background in both backend and frontend programming languages
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• High level of ownership and forensic attention to detail
