Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Director to lead a team of Delivery Managers and ensure effective service delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead performance of internal and third-party delivery teams to optimize customer satisfaction
• Implement governance and manage risks in service delivery while supporting change services
• Develop and execute strategies for employee engagement and capacity planning

Required Qualifications

• Experience in managing customers and operations in a multi-client MSP environment
• Expertise in IT Service Management and ITIL
• Understanding of how IT services add value to a customer's business
• Proficient in SAP, MS Office, and MS Teams
• Strong business and financial acumen with analytical skills
