Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Director, responsible for overseeing multiple client engagements and ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the portfolio
• Steer structure to meet established KPIs, including client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across multicultural teams

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery managing multiple client engagements
• Experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Management experience with a proven ability to lead and develop teams
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
