Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across multiple client engagements
• Steer the structure to fulfill established KPIs, focusing on client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across multicultural teams globally

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with multiple concurrent client engagements
• Experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Management experience with a proven ability to lead and develop teams
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
