Job Summary

Leading a delivery team in a remote environment, the full-time Delivery Director will manage project quality and performance, ensure team alignment with best practices, and oversee hiring and resource planning while driving successful customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all delivery aspects, ensuring productivity, quality, and milestone achievement
• Develop team members' career paths and provide coaching and mentorship
• Align with leadership on project resourcing and assist with recruiting and staffing needs

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience managing enterprise engagements and 15+ years in the IT industry
• Experience with Adobe applications and eCommerce/Digital Services
• Thorough knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile processes
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience in the development industry
• Proven leadership and management skills in a services delivery organization
