Delivery Director

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will manage Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance to ensure quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and oversee the governance of multiple client engagements
• Steer operations to meet established KPIs related to client satisfaction and delivery stability
• Manage concurrent client engagements across diverse, multicultural teams globally

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with multiple concurrent client engagements
• Proven management experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Ability to interact with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
• Experience managing delivery expectations and escalations effectively
