Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time remote Delivery Director will oversee delivery governance, ensure operational stability, and enhance client satisfaction across multiple multicultural teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and manage delivery governance across the client portfolio
• Steer operations to meet established KPIs, focusing on client satisfaction and delivery stability
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements while ensuring quality and performance across the portfolio

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with a focus on managing multiple client engagements
• Proven experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at the Director/VP/C-level
