Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time remote Delivery Director will oversee delivery governance, manage multiple teams, and ensure operational stability and client satisfaction across various projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the portfolio
• Steer operations to meet established KPIs, focusing on client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams worldwide

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with multiple client engagements
• Proven experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Management experience with the ability to lead and develop teams
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
