Delivery Director

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time remote Delivery Director will oversee multiple Delivery Managers and technical teams to ensure delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction across various projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and enforce delivery governance across the client portfolio
• Steer operations to meet established KPIs, focusing on client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams worldwide

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery managing multiple client engagements
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in multi-project or multi-client environments
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
• Management experience with a strong focus on delivery expectations and escalations
