Delivery Director

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will oversee multiple Delivery Managers and technical teams remotely, ensuring delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the portfolio
• Steer the structure to fulfill established KPIs, including client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across multicultural teams worldwide

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery managing multiple client engagements
• Proven management experience leading and developing teams
• Experience in multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Ability to interact with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
