Delivery Director

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will manage Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance to ensure quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and oversee governance across multiple client engagements
• Steer the structure to fulfill C-Level established KPIs related to client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across multicultural teams globally

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with multiple concurrent client engagements
• Proven management experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop teams effectively
