Delivery Director

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will oversee multiple Delivery Managers and technical teams to ensure delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the portfolio
• Steer operations to meet established KPIs for client satisfaction and delivery performance
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across multicultural teams globally

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with multiple concurrent client engagements
• Proven experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Management experience with a track record of developing teams
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
