Delivery Director

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will oversee multiple Delivery Managers and technical teams, ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the portfolio
• Steer the structure to fulfill C-Level established KPIs, including client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across multicultural teams globally

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery managing multiple concurrent client engagements
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a multi-project or multi-client delivery environment
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
• Management experience with a focus on delivery expectations and escalations
