Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance to ensure quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and oversee governance across multiple client engagements
• Steer operations to meet established KPIs, including client satisfaction and delivery stability
• Manage concurrent client engagements across multicultural teams globally

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery managing multiple client engagements
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in multi-project environments
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
• Management experience in delivery expectations and escalations
