Job Summary

Leading portfolio-level initiatives, the full-time remote Delivery Director will manage multiple client engagements, oversee Delivery Managers, and ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction across diverse teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and govern delivery across the client portfolio
• Steer operations to meet established KPIs, focusing on client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams globally

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with multiple concurrent client engagements
• Proven experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Management experience with a track record of developing teams
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at the Director/VP/C-level
