Job Summary

Leading portfolio-level initiatives, the full-time remote Delivery Director will oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction while managing diverse teams across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the portfolio
• Steer operations to meet C-Level established KPIs, including client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across multicultural teams worldwide

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with multiple concurrent client engagements
• Proven management experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
• Management experience with a proven ability to lead and develop teams
