Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will oversee delivery governance, ensure operational stability, and drive client satisfaction in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and oversee governance across multiple client portfolios
• Steer the organization to meet established KPIs, focusing on client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Manage concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams distributed globally

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery, managing multiple client engagements
• Proven leadership experience in multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Management experience with a track record of developing teams
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at the Director/VP/C-level
