Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will oversee multiple Delivery Managers and technical teams remotely, ensuring delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and establish delivery governance across the client portfolio
• Steer the team to achieve C-Level KPIs, focusing on client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams globally

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery managing multiple client engagements
• Proven leadership in multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Management experience with a track record of team development
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
