Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will oversee multiple Delivery Managers and technical teams remotely, ensuring delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and manage delivery governance across the client portfolio
• Steer operations to meet established KPIs, focusing on client satisfaction and delivery performance
• Oversee multiple concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams worldwide

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with multi-client engagement management
• Proven experience leading multi-project delivery environments and developing teams
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director, VP, or C-level
• Management experience with a track record of leading diverse teams
