Job Summary

Leading portfolio-level initiatives, the full-time Delivery Director will manage multiple client engagements remotely, ensuring delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction across diverse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the portfolio
• Steer operations to meet established KPIs, focusing on client satisfaction and delivery stability
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across multicultural teams worldwide

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery managing multiple client engagements
• Proven experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at the Director/VP/C-level
