Job Summary

Leading multiple client engagements, the full-time remote Delivery Director will oversee delivery governance, ensure operational stability, and maintain client satisfaction across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and ensure adherence to delivery governance across client portfolios
• Steer operations to meet established KPIs related to client satisfaction, delivery stability, and operational efficiency
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams distributed globally

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery managing multiple client engagements
• Proven leadership experience in multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Management experience with a track record of developing and leading teams
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
