Delivery Director

Job Summary

To ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction across multiple client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will lead Delivery Managers and oversee governance in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the portfolio
• Steer the structure to fulfill C-Level established KPIs, including client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across multicultural teams worldwide

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting, digital engineering, or technical services delivery with multiple client engagements
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
• Management experience with a track record of meeting delivery expectations
