Managing delivery operations across the US and Canada, the full-time Delivery Director will oversee project implementation, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive profitability while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for successful project implementation and customer satisfaction
• Responsible for team performance, growth plans, and mentorship
• Conduct customer workshops and requirements gathering across ServiceNow modules

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a senior role leading large-scale enterprise projects within ServiceNow or equivalent ecosystems
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Expertise with CMDB and ITIL
