Delivery Director

Job Summary

Leading portfolio-level initiatives, the full-time Delivery Director will oversee multiple client engagements, manage Delivery Managers, and ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the portfolio
• Steer operations to meet established KPIs, including client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across diverse, multicultural teams

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery managing multiple client engagements
• Proven experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Management experience with a track record of developing teams
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at the Director/VP/C-level
