Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will oversee delivery governance, ensure operational stability, and drive client satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and manage delivery governance across multiple client engagements
• Steer the structure to meet established KPIs, focusing on client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Manage concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams distributed globally

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery organizations managing multiple client engagements
• Proven management experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and guide teams
