Job Summary

Leading portfolio-level delivery across multiple client engagements, the full-time remote Delivery Director will manage Delivery Managers and oversee governance to ensure delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the portfolio
• Steer operations to meet C-Level established KPIs, including client satisfaction and delivery stability
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across multicultural teams worldwide

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting, digital engineering, or technical services delivery managing multiple client engagements
• Proven experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Management experience with a track record of leading and developing teams
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at the Director/VP/C-level
