Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will oversee multiple delivery teams, ensuring quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and govern delivery across the client portfolio
• Steer operations to meet C-Level KPIs related to client satisfaction and delivery performance
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams worldwide

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with multiple concurrent client engagements
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in multi-project environments
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
• Management experience in delivery expectations and escalations
