Delivery Director

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will oversee multiple teams to ensure delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead Delivery Managers and maintain governance across the client portfolio
• Steer operations to meet established KPIs related to client satisfaction and delivery performance
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams globally

Required qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with multiple concurrent client engagements
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in multi-project or multi-client environments
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
• Management experience with a focus on delivery expectations and escalations
