Delivery Director

Job Summary

Focused on portfolio-level leadership, the full-time Delivery Director will manage multiple client engagements remotely, ensuring delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction while overseeing Delivery Managers and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the client portfolio
• Steer the structure to meet C-Level KPIs, including client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across multicultural teams globally

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery organizations managing multiple client engagements
• Proven management experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at the Director/VP/C-level
• Ability to lead and develop teams effectively
