Delivery Director

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will oversee multiple Delivery Managers and technical teams remotely, ensuring delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and enforce delivery governance across the client portfolio
• Steer operations to meet established KPIs related to client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams worldwide

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services with a focus on managing multiple client engagements
• Proven experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Management experience with a track record of leading and developing teams
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at the Director/VP/C-level
