Key responsibilities
- Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the client portfolio
- Steer operations to meet established KPIs, including client satisfaction and delivery stability
- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams globally
Required qualifications
- Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
- Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with multiple concurrent client engagements
- Proven leadership in managing multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
- Management experience with a track record of developing teams
- Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
