Delivery Director

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will manage Delivery Managers and ensure delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery governance and lead Delivery Managers across multiple client engagements
• Steer operations to meet established KPIs, focusing on client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Manage concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams distributed globally

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with multiple concurrent client engagements
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in multi-project or multi-client environments
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
• Management experience with a focus on delivery expectations and escalations
