Delivery Director
Job Summary
Leading the successful implementation of MiraCloud solutions, the full-time Delivery Director will ensure client satisfaction, operational excellence, and timely delivery while overseeing Project Managers and developing project management practices in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of MiraCloud implementation programs, meeting customer expectations for scope, quality, and timelines
- Build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders to ensure customer success throughout implementations
- Establish and improve MiraCloud's project management practice and delivery governance standards
Required qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in IT Delivery, Professional Services, or related leadership functions
- Experience leading Project Managers or implementation organizations
- Proven success in managing enterprise-scale customer implementations or transformation programs
- Experience in building or improving delivery organizations and operational processes
- Existing authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this role
