Delivery Director
Job Summary
Leading the successful implementation of MiraCloud solutions, the full-time Delivery Director will ensure client satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability while managing project teams and establishing delivery governance standards in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead successful delivery of MiraCloud implementation programs, meeting customer expectations for scope, quality, timelines, and business outcomes
- Own customer success throughout implementations and build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders
- Establish, scale, and continuously improve MiraCloud's project management practice, delivery governance, and implementation standards
Required qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in IT Delivery, Professional Services, Customer Success, Program Management, or related leadership functions
- Experience leading Project Managers, Delivery Managers, or implementation organizations
- Proven success managing enterprise-scale customer implementations or managed services programs
- Experience building or improving delivery organizations, governance models, and operational processes
- Existing authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this role
