Delivery Director
Job Summary
Leading the successful implementation of MiraCloud solutions, the full-time Delivery Director will ensure client satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability while managing Project Managers and enhancing project management practices in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead successful delivery of MiraCloud implementation programs, meeting customer expectations for scope, quality, and timelines
- Build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders and own customer success throughout implementations
- Establish and continuously improve project management practices, delivery governance, and implementation standards
Required qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in IT Delivery, Professional Services, or related leadership functions
- Experience leading Project Managers or implementation organizations
- Proven success in managing enterprise-scale customer implementations or managed services programs
- Experience in building or improving delivery organizations and operational processes
- Strong executive-level stakeholder management and customer relationship management skills
