Job Summary
Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will oversee multiple Delivery Managers and technical teams to ensure delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Delivery Managers and establish delivery governance across the portfolio
- Steer operations to meet C-Level KPIs, including client satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams globally
Required qualifications
- Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
- Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery managing multiple concurrent client engagements
- Proven experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
- Management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
