Delivery Director
Job Summary
To lead diverse global teams in delivering technology projects, the full-time remote Delivery Director will manage project practices using agile methodologies, collaborate with the PMO on strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Direct project management practices and oversee a portfolio of projects using agile methodologies
- Collaborate with the PMO to execute processes and support delivery managers and project managers
- Ensure effective communication between Project Managers and customers, addressing complex client issues as needed
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in project management within software outsourcing
- Proficiency in budget management and customer-oriented strategies
- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development management
- Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
- Advanced English level
