Delivery Director

Job Summary

To support a diverse portfolio of technology projects, the full-time Delivery Director will manage project practices using agile methodologies, collaborate with the PMO, and ensure effective communication between project managers and clients in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct project management practices and ensure compliance with established methodologies
• Collaborate with the PMO to execute processes and strategies for the team of Project Managers
• Define global forecasts for the project portfolio and manage complex client issues as needed

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management within software outsourcing
• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
• Experience with Agile methodologies and software development management
• Strong customer orientation and budget management skills
• Advanced English proficiency
