Job Summary

Leading delivery operations across project-based engagements and managed services, the full-time remote Delivery Director will ensure high-quality outcomes, client satisfaction, and the implementation of AI-enabled capabilities within workflows across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee North America delivery operations, establishing scalable practices and ensuring effective staffing and resource allocation
• Monitor delivery health and customer satisfaction, providing executive oversight for complex and strategic engagements
• Develop a multi-level organization of consultants and managers, fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture

• Significant leadership experience in professional services, technology consulting, or managed services
• Proven ability to manage project-based delivery and ensure client satisfaction
• Strong expertise in delivery operations, including resource management and performance management
• Demonstrated ability to develop managers and build high-performing teams
