Job Summary
Leading portfolio-level operations, the full-time remote Delivery Director will manage multiple client engagements, ensuring delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction while overseeing teams of Delivery Managers and Project Managers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the portfolio
- Steer operations to meet established KPIs, focusing on client satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across diverse, multicultural teams
Required qualifications
- Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
- Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with a focus on managing multiple client engagements
- Proven management experience leading and developing teams in a multi-project delivery environment
- Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at the Director/VP/C-level
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus
