Job Summary
Leading portfolio-level initiatives, the full-time Delivery Director will manage multiple client engagements remotely, ensuring delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction across various multicultural teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee Delivery Managers and govern delivery across the portfolio to meet established KPIs
- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements while ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality delivery
- Interact with senior client stakeholders to manage delivery expectations and escalations effectively
Required qualifications
- Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
- Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with a focus on managing multiple client engagements
- Proven management experience leading and developing teams in a multi-project environment
- Experience engaging with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus
